What’s not to love about these loan rates? Amazing!

Hi Everyone,

Just thought I would let you know what I locked in this week.

I have a purchase transaction in Lake County with a loan amount of $164,000 using an FHA loan with maximum financing. I locked that in at 3.25% with <.375%> rebate back to the borrower!!

I have a purchase transaction in Sonoma County with a loan amount of $252,000 using a Conventional loan with 20% down. I locked that in at 3.48% with zero points.

Both of those loans are for owner-occupied transactions and both are 30 years fixed rate loans.

I ran another scenario on a refinance for a C21 agent. This is for his primary residence with a loan amount around $284,000 with a Loan-to-value under 60%. Using his C21 Agent discount his rate on a 30 year fixed would be 3.3% at zero points.

What’s not to love about these rates?? Maybe it can get some of your borrowers off the fence!!
